When Lisa Kudrow became pregnant her baby belly has its own storyline. However, when Courtney Cox's character Monica was not supposed to be able to get pregnant so she was put into loose dresses instead.

Aniston almost left halfway through season one to film another show Muddling Through but the show ended up being cancelled. Then just before the last season Aniston almost didn't come back as she wasn't sure how much of Rachel she had left to give.
