Recent records have revealed a stark change in his earnings, offering a glimpse into his life post-ITV. While his career has taken a backseat, his financial arrangements, ongoing marriage, and rare public appearances paint a complex picture of loyalty, privacy, and reinvention. Here's what we know so far about the veteran presenter’s earnings and where he’s been since disappearing from mainstream media.

Phillip Schofield's income revealed after ITV resignation

Phillip Schofield, 63, may no longer be a fixture on daytime TV, but his finances still hold public interest. As reported by the Mirror, the former This Morning presenter earned only £20,000 last year – a significant drop from the seven-figure salary he once commanded at ITV. The figures come from accounts tied to his company, Fistral Productions, which paid just £3,947 in tax for the year ending November 2024.

Despite this dip, Schofield isn’t struggling financially. His company still boasts net assets of £2.1 million. Notably, it's his wife Stephanie Lowe, not Phillip himself, who now appears on the latest records as company director. According to MailOnline via Mirror, Fistral Productions is owed nearly £900,000 by another joint venture, Fistral Properties, co-owned by the couple.

Schofield and Lowe, who married in 1993, have maintained their relationship publicly. Stephanie has not filed for divorce, and Phillip is often seen wearing his wedding ring. Reflecting on the pain caused by his past actions, Phillip admitted:

That is what makes this so hard. Knowing you are hurting the perfect person, but I still love Steph as much as when we first met. More, probably.

Stephanie reportedly told friends she wouldn't let her husband 'fall any further' and shared:

The love is still very much there.

What Phillip Schofield has been doing since leaving television

Since his dramatic exit from This Morning in 2023, Schofield has maintained a low profile. While there was a short return to screens in Channel 5’s Cast Away, a three-part series filmed on a remote island, he has largely stayed away from TV work.

Schofield continues to co-parent their daughters, Molly and Ruby. Stephanie previously told The Sun:

I love Phillip, as much today as I ever have, and always will.

Despite their united front, recent developments hint that their dynamic may be shifting. As reported by Mirror, Schofield was seen leaving London’s LGBTQ+ venue Arzner Bar & Cafe with nurse Joshua Luke Sharman. The pair, photographed with arms around each other, appeared to stumble onto the pavement after drinks.

This public outing has sparked speculation, with some suggesting it could be the 'final straw' in Phillip and Stephanie's relationship.

A source previously told MailOnline that the couple chose to remain together for their daughters' sake:

They would rather be a united front and stay together.

Yet, new reports indicate that a divorce could now be on the cards.
