Everything comes down to your beliefs in life. If you believe, you could move mountains and if you don’t, sometimes getting basic chores done is a misery. Amidst the conflicting state of belief, a question that often arises is - ‘Do you believe in ghosts or the afterlife?’

Those who are connected with occult sciences will have strong points to render non-believers speechless. Surprisingly, the world’s one of the most influential families - the British Royal Family - also has a few members who believe in this. It’s a well-known fact that the late Princess Diana often visited astrologers, psychics and mediums as well.

Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell reveals she ‘visits’ him

When you stay closely with someone for 10 years, you’re bound to get some of their traits and make some of their beliefs your own. And one of the closest people to Princess Diana in her life was her former butler Paul Burrell.

Paul has previously revealed many things about Princess Diana from their time together but what he’s claiming now is out of this world - literally. According to the former Royal aide, Princess Diana often ‘visits’ him in his dreams. In the most recent episode of other world visits, Paul appeared on Celebrity Help! My House is Haunted on Discovery Plus where a ghost hunter investigated their house.

What they found was rather spooky as Princess Diana sent Paul a chilling two-word message. The Princess’ message was recorded on an EVP recorder - a device that enables her to hear beyond the human ear for any nearby spirit contact. The Celebrity Help! team confirmed that Princess Diana ‘giggled’ and her voice said ‘sorry’ and ‘France,’ reports The Mirror.

Paul has been left rather ‘stunned’ with the message. He said:

I don’t understand why it would say France other than the fact that the Princess died in France and the fact I went to France to bring her home.

Meanwhile, the show’s psychic, Ian Lawman claimed:

She’s trying to get a message to Paul.

While the meaning behind Princess Diana’s message is still unclear, Paul revealed the late Royal was ‘heavily involved in spirituality - mediums, psychics, astrologers.’

Other Royal Family members who believe in the occult

The 65-year-old added that even the late Queen Elizabeth II believed in ‘ghosts and the afterlife.’ She often used to say that she would never go to Allt-na-giubhsaich - Glassalt - the cottage on the lake in Balmoral - without her corgis because they sense things before humans. He added:

At the time I thought to myself, my goodness Queen Elizabeth II believes in ghosts and she is a very intelligent woman so there must be something there.

Previously, it has been confirmed that many Royal Family members including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Harry have tried to speak to the dead. According to MailOnline, Princess Diana’s psychic also confessed that ‘Royals do consult psychics.’ She said:

The Royal Family do consult psychics, but I can't say if they see me.
Absolutely they see mediums. I know it. They see a psychic for the same reasons you and I would.
