Being on a reality TV show Married At First Sight UK is sure to get you some exposure if not love. However, some lucky stars get the best of both worlds. Peggy Rose successfully managed to find love with Georges Berthonneau. The two are doing long-distance work outside the show and have big plans for their future.

Apart from finding the love she was looking for, Peggy has also been able to show people her real passion in life - Fashion.

Peggy’s unique sense of style and fashion was loved by many viewers on the show. While the 32-year-old feared she would come across as ‘nerdy or geeky’ due to her job as a technology risk partner in an IT firm, her true passion shined through her personality.

The former MAFS UK star has now partnered with fashion brand - Girl In The Mirror - for her very own edit. Peggy’s new collection is worth a 5-figure fashion deal. Speaking to The Sun, Peggy shared:

I never expected to leave MAFS and get a five-figure fashion deal, I thought the show would concentrate on me being an academic geek and not really showing my true passion. I've got a huge passion for fashion.
I feel like on MAFS, I was always my honest self...honesty is the best policy and being unique, all of my clothes were unique, rare and one-off pieces.
Girl In The Mirror is all about uniqueness, standing out from the crowd, one-off pieces - and that's what I'm about.

Peggy’s new collaboration has given her the opportunity to showcase her love for Fashion. Emphasising that both Georges and Fashion are her love, she added:

Obviously, I found true love on the show but my true love is also fashion, so it's nice for others to see that and not just concentrate on Georges' passions, which was predominately the main focus of our relationship was him and his hobbies.

According to her, quitting her day job for fashion has been the best decision of her life. She explained:

I have quit my job, I have realised that life's too short to be in a job you don't enjoy. I was good at my job but I didn't enjoy it like I enjoy fashion.

What’s next for Peggy Rose in Career?

The independent Peggy is all set to create an edit that focuses on ‘empowerment.’ She’s hoping her career change will navigate her in the right direction as she plans to launch her own brand as well. Peggy revealed:

Next year I will be focused on fashion, hopefully have my own brand and continue to work on my collab with GITM.

Meanwhile, it will not be the last of Peggy that we will see on TV. She said:

I would absolutely love to go on Towie, because all my friends are on it, especially Junaid.
There may even potentially be a TV show for me and Georges, I didn't realise the public would love us this much.
