Sam Taylor accuses Joey Essex of treating Love Island like a ‘job’
Sam pointed out that had Joey given some time to Ciaran to reflect on his situation with Harriett and Nicole, things would have been different in the villa right now. Love Island is essentially a process of finding love by dealing with confusion regarding connections and getting to know people before making a final choice.
The 23-year-old hairstylist feels Ciaran was snatched off the true process of the show because Joey likes to stir things up and cause drama - something even the fans agreed on. Sam told The Sun:
You [Joey Essex] should have waited for Ciaran to understand how he was feeling and say it in a proper way, I don’t know.
Yeah, it’s a TV programme and you don’t know what’s going on but he has a rough idea of what he is doing.
Sam also accused Joey of treating Love Island just like one of his jobs as he has been on TV his whole life. He said:
We’ve never done anything like this before, but with Joey that is so normal so you don’t know if he is being himself, for us it’s so unnatural, for him, it’s his job at the end of the day.
It’s Joey Essex, he’s been on TV his whole life, he knows how to cause a scene or problem.
Love Island fans want him out of the show
