A revolutionary new permanent makeup technique has just been found! Coming straight from Brazil, it consists of making the bags under the eyes disappear. How? By dyeing the area under the eyes to camouflage the dark spots found here.

A revolutionary new method
To make these dark areas under the eyes disappear, pigments of the same colour as the skin are applied in a thin layer with a cosmetic tattoo gun.
This new procedure was developed by Rodolpho Torres, a Brazilian tattoo artist specialised in reconstructive tattooing (camouflaging of scars, stretch marks...).
Even when under the sun, this under-the-eye tattoo does not change colour because the pigments used are approved by ANVISA (Brazil's Health Regulatory Agency). After one session, it takes about 3 years before these bags reappear. This type of service is also being offered in China and the United States.
