Irene Roman, 45, feels like she regained her youth after switching to a healthier diet plan. Prior to the diet change, Irene, weighing 13 stone 7 lbs at her heaviest, opted to skip breakfast every morning, which led to a feast bingeing on take-out food and chugging 1.25 litres of Coke Zero daily.

For lunch, she opted for either a massive Chinese meal or fast food with a burger and fries. When dinner rolled around, she either ordered a take-out meal or concocted her own meal.

This may sound healthy, but her home-cooked suppers were packed with carbs. For a snack, she munched on all of the unhealthy foods - chocolate, cake, cheese, chips, and fries.

As it turns out, a big part of Irene's reason for being overweight was due to her diet. You can see a surprising difference in your figure from a healthy diet alone! However still the best way to achieve change and wellness is through a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise.
