Mike Spencer, Love Island's executive producer, has said he is keen on having an all-star edition of the show, during a Q&A interview on Reddit.

Love Island All Stars
Spencer said he would 'love' for the idea to actually come to fruition but that the decision ultimately lies in the hands of ITV broadcaster. He said:
I would personally love to make an ‘All Stars in the future with past Islanders across all series. What do you think?
To no surprise, fans went ballistic at the idea of seeing their favourites, Danni Dyer, Maura Higgins and Molly-Mae Hague back on the small screen to relive all the drama, gossip and hook ups. One fan quipped:
That would be my DREAM!!! Please make it happen!!
While another penned:
As long as you bring [back] our queen Maura it'd be amazing!
Only a week away from the series 8 premier
The news comes just a week shy from the premier of the eighth series of Love Island. The first trailer, which aired earlier this month, saw the show enticing viewers with what they are saying will be the best series of the show yet.
It also poked fun at rival shows Too Hot To Handle and Love Is Blind. The show's narrator, Iain Sterling, can be heard saying:
224 islanders have slo-mo walked through the famous Love Island villas doors, but don't take it from me our bromances, babies and brides can tell you why we are number one. This summer love isn’t blind, it’s neon and we can defo handle the heat. We’ve got a fire pit mate. Love we own it.
