Archie Harrison is getting a little sister! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle revealed in their interview with Oprah this weekend that their second child, due this summer, is a baby girl. The happy news came amidst an emotional interview for which Harry and Meghan received no fee.
Prince Harry expressed his joy at discovering he was going to have a daughter, saying:
Amazing. Just grateful. To have any child, any one or two, would be amazing. But to have a boy and then a girl, what more could you ask for? Now we’ve got our family, the four of us and our two dogs. It’s great.
Meghan and Harry also seemed to confirm that they aren’t planning to have any more children down the line, with Meghan saying ‘Done. Two it is.’ Prince Harry previously vowed in a conversation with environmentalist Jane Goodall that he would have ‘two, maximum.’
What will Harry and Meghan’s baby be named?
Many are predicting that Harry and Meghan will name their daughter after Harry’s late mother, as Diana is currently the bookies’ favourite for Baby Sussex Number 2. Other girls’ names being predicted include Isabella, Emily, Marina and Willow. Some also reckon she could be named Doria after Meghan’s mum.

Harry also revealed in the interview that his ability to take Archie out freely is one of his favourite parts of his new life outside the UK. He said:
To have outdoor space where I can go for walks with Archie and go for walks as a family and with the dogs. All of these things are just—I guess the highlight for me is sticking him on the back of a bicycle in his little baby seat and taking him on bike rides which is something I was never able to do when I was young.
