But, no matter what you choose, you will inevitably reach for the fries at some point.

Here's THE way to eat your fries with ketchup

As it turns out, McDonald's has revealed that we have been eating our fries all wrong! Pouring them in the lid of your hamburger box or spreading the ketchup on your fries while they are still in the box are two strategies that people employ, but neither is the correct way to go about it.

According to the Today Years Old Twitter account, there is a small flap at the back of the fries container that is meant to be folded down as a way to hold the ketchup.

Did y’all know the flap on your fries box actually has a purpose?

This great news was revealed in a Twitter post which received more than 1,400 likes and 800 comments in just a few hours.

While some internet users are captivated by this discovery, others remain more sceptical…
