2. Don’t spend Christmas alone

The Christmas blues often push people into wanting to spend the holidays on their own and not with other people. This can also be quite dangerous and end up doing more harm than good. Moreover, it’s the worst thing you can do because it could lead to your bluescoming back every year. Instead, spend Christmas with your family or friends, even if you only met them recently. You might get a pleasant surprise.

3. Do what makes you happy

After all, what is Christmas if not an excuse to have fun and do what you want? So, let yourself go and have some fun, even if it is just a little bit. It’ll get you out of your daily routine and the only risk you face is that you might become a bit happier. And that’s not so bad, is it?
