Lemon to fight a common cold

Lemon, a citrus fruit rich in vitamin C, also contains minerals such as magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. These are all elements that contribute to strengthening the immune system. Lemon also has anti-infectious and antiseptic properties.

To benefit fromit: Squeeze half a lemon and pour the juice into a glass of warm or hot water. Drink at least once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Cinnamon to fight a common cold

Mainly used in cooking, this spice has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It also has the ability to stimulate the immune system and disinfect the respiratory tract.

To benefit fromit: Boil a stick in water or pour powder into a cup of hot water. Be careful if you use cinnamon in the form of essential oil, too high a dose can cause negative effects such as nausea and headaches.
