A recap of White Lotus
Mike White, its creator, dropped some tiny hints at what to expect for the third season of the award-winning anthology. Season one saw it all: marital issues, family problems, personal battles, crime, and death, everything that keeps the audiences glued to their seats.
Set in Hawaii for the first season, the satirical thriller is based out of Sicily in season two. Jennifer Coolidge is the only returning cast member for the second season, as per Hype Bae. The second season stars actors such as Aubrey Plaza, Will Sharpe, Theo James, Tom Hollander, and many more prominent actors.
White Lotus season 3
As per Screenrant, White has hinted at the prospect of a third season. He said that he was keen on having Jennifer Coolidge back. Since season two was filmed in Europe, he expressed his desire to feature his next season in Asia, although nothing is confirmed. He said:
Jennifer is my friend, and everybody loved her in the first season, and I was like, ‘I can’t go to Italy without Jennifer.’ And maybe that’s still the case. Like, maybe you can’t go to Japan without Jennifer, either. There are so many fun actors we’ve worked with so far, so it’s just kind of like who’s available.
So, there could be a potential third season in store for fans.
