For those who don’t know Jon Voight, he is an Academy award-winning American actorwho came into his own in the 60s. But, most prominently, he is known for being Angelina Jolie's father.

Voight has always been vocal about his political allegiance from day one. Being a staunch Trump supporter, he is always quick on his feet to support the Republican party. In a recent Twitter video, he had a thing or two to say about the future of America and the world. This is what Voight said.

Voight took to Twitter to express his concerns regarding where things are heading for the country. As per Bang Showbiz, the actor said:

My fellow Americans, we are in danger of a Third World War. We, as a family of one truth, must hear this now. Look at this lie, this deceit that continues day after day.

He also said:

Can you not all see this lie in the soul? Wake up, wake up because if we don't see this lie, this land will die, die and its beauty, its freedom, its opportunity. It's supposed to be the land of the free. It's far from it. It's a dark web, a dark world.

People are assuming that it was the aftermath of the disappointing midterm results that made Voight post this ominous message to the world. Hence, he took to Twitter to ‘warn’ the people of Biden’s administration.

Trump is losing his popularity, even within his own party. But Voight seems to be in full awe of the ex-president. In a video that lacked visual clarity, Voight said:

Allow President Trump to rebuild our soil and our land so we can rise to her glory.

He also hinted that Trump was illegally denied his seat at the White House and that Trump truly belongs in the position of power that he lost.
