Alissa Bethkane is an American who had tried numerous diets but hadn’t found the miracle solution she was expecting to lost weight. Not knowing what else she could do to lose weight, Alissa Bethkane decided to sign up for the American TV show Fit to Fat to Fit. In this TV show, she met Adonis Hill, a 35-year-old personal trainer.
When she signed up for the show, Alissa didn’t anticipate just how radically Adonis would change her life, but that’s exactly what he was about to do.
To motivate Alissa and give her her confidence back, Adonis decided to gain 30 kilos (70lbs).
To do this, the personal trainer had to stop doing all physical activity and he engorged himself with 7000 calories a day, by eating donuts, pizzas and burgers for three months.
After gaining 30 kilos, Adonis took on a strict diet that he followed with Alissa. He also organized daily sport activities which included jogging and intensive weight training sessions.
Together, Alissa and Adonis lost 27 kilos and Alissa started to feel comfortable in her own skin, especially thanks to the devotion of her amazing trainer!
