A long-time servant of Kensington Palace divulged the deep buried secrets of the royal family in a new book. Just a few days ago, she revealed some of them to the Daily Mail. No one was spared, starting with Meghan Markle.

Meghan Markle's diva attitude at Kensington Palace
For a short time, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had Kate Middleton and Prince William as neighbours. The young couple had moved into a cottage just outside Kensington Palace, the home of the Cambridge family. At first, everything went well, 'she was very warm towards Meghan when she arrived,' the former servant recalled.
'But tensions were bound to arise because Meghan inevitably had to accept that, although she is a duchess, she is not married to the next king,' she said. As time went on, Meghan began to find her cottage quite small compared to Kate's palace. 'Being a royal goes to everyone's head eventually,' added the source.
Her resentment was so strong that she avoided her sister-in-law as much as possible.
After a while, William and Harry would meet without their wives.

Living in close proximity proved so difficult that Meghan Markle soon made the decision to move. The servant said that one event in particular triggered it all:
Kate was horrified when Meghan shouted at a member of Kate's staff [...] Like many people not used to dealing with servants, Meghan overdoes the imperiousness.
In the opinion of most of the palace staff, Meghan Markle is the dominant element in the relationship. A few weeks later, she made the decision to move out. As Harry himself said:
What Meghan wants, Meghan gets.
