We can always count on Love Islandto be wildly dramatic, and this season they’re pulling out all the guns. Tonight’s episode (30 June) is going to be especially mouth-opening as Mail Online has reported that the first ever contestant will be eliminated just 48 hours after the premiere of the show.

The ultimate twist

According to the news hub, tonight fans will see the first Love Island bombshell, Chloe Burrows, choose her pair-up. Given that all the contestants are already coupled-up, this recoupling will leave another female Islander single and hence out of the villa.

This is the first time an Islander will be booted off this early as typically people get voted out five or six days into the show. Mail Online has chosen to keep the person anonymous for now, but in a couple hours we will all know who the unlucky gal is. All we’ve got to go on right now is the complete and utter shock on the contestants faces, as seen on the episode's teaser.

Who will Chloe couple up with?

Mail Online has also decided to keep Chloe’s choice under wraps but has disclosed what she said while choosing the man of her liking. She said:

When I first saw him, I thought he was absolutely gorgeous. Even though we haven’t really spent any time together at all, the time that we did spend was just so fab.
The most important thing is you made me feel really comfortable which was my number one thing coming in.
