1. Frequent head massages: Massages are a natural and effective way to encourage natural hair growth. Not only can it be relaxing but it will improve the blood circulation in your scalp which will speed up the hair growth process. For your massages to be effective, it is essential to perform circular movements using your fingertips - during a shampoo or during the day on dry hair. Don't rub the scalp too hard otherwise you can cause irritation or rashes.

2. Natural hair masks: It's easy to make a natural mask at home - the key ingredient you'll need is castor oil and it will help accelerate hair growth. This oil is particularly famous for taking care of the hair and the scalp. To use, mix a spoonful of castor oil with a spoonful of olive oil. After, apply the mask to your wet hair then leave it for an hour in a hot towel. Finally, rinse with warm water and shampoo.

3. Frequent hair trims: Although it may seem contradictory, regularly trimming 1 to 1.5 cm of your hair allows faster regrowth. By cutting your hair once every two to three months, your hair will grow faster and more healthily. You will notice that your hair regains its vitality after a trim, and you should observe a regrowth after a few months.

4. Maintain a good diet: To ensure good health for your hair, it is important that you are healthy yourself. To do this, make sure you eat a balanced diet rich in vitamin B, iron, and protein and drink a lot of water. If you are worried you don't have enough of these in your diet, you may want to try out dietary supplements. For vitamin B, you can sprinkle your salads and yeast soups with brewer's yeast, or opt for capsules. Also be sure to consume enough protein, and to avoid excess cholesterol, consume them in their vegetable forms. Dried fruits, for example, are very rich in protein.
