Peter Andre
Katie famously found her first husband on national TV when she appeared on I’m A Celeb in 2004. Despite becoming engaged to Scott Sullivan just before she entered the jungle, Katie struck up a relationship with Peter Andre and went on to marry him in 2005 at Highclere Castle. The two stayed together for 4 years and have two children together - Junior, 18 and Princess, 16. They even had their own reality show where people saw them raising children, reports The Sun. Meanwhile, today Katie is allegedly ‘banned’ from talking about Peter or their marriage.
Alex Reid
Katie and Peter’s bitter split led the mother of 5 to get married for a second time. Admitting she was on the 'rebound', she started dating Alex Reid just eight weeks after her split from Peter Andre. Katie met the former cage fighter at Michele Heaton's 30th birthday party and they eloped to Las Vegas to get married. Alex - who previously spoke about what marrying Katie was like - famously spent £60,000 on her engagement ring for a marriage that only lasted for two years - from 2010 to 2012.
Kieran Hayler
Her most recent ex-husband is Kieran Hayler. The two were married from 2012 to 2017, but their divorce was finalised in 2021. The plasterer proposed to Katie on Christmas Day 2012 and they exchanged vows just 3 weeks later on the shores of the Bahamas, confirms MailOnline. The two went on to welcome two kids together - Jett, 10 and Bunny, 9. The marriage ended after Katie discovered Kieran’s affairs with her friends Jane Poutney and Chrissy Thomas. Katie tried to make it work with Kieran but ended up calling it quits eventually. Kieran was Katie’s longest relationship in the public eye.

Scott Sullivan
Katie’s famous engagement to Scott Sullivan ended on national TV by striking a romance with ex-husband Peter Andre. At the time, Scott had been left furious with Peter's flirty displays towards Katie and threatened to ‘punch his lights out’ before flying out to Australia where the reality series is filmed. The two were together from 2002 to 2004.
Leandro Penna
Katie began dating Leandro in 2011 after meeting at the Oscars. The two announced their engagement in April 2012 but ended it by October 2012. According to The Sun, the Argentinian model claimed that Katie didn’t return from her meeting with Simon Cowell until the following morning which led him to believe that she slept with him.
Kris Boyson
Katie and Kris Boyson dated on and off for just more than a year from 2018 to 2019. It is understood that her children had started calling him ‘dad’ during their time together. They were even engaged at one point but the romance ended when Katie admitted to Kris that she cheated on him. Interestingly enough, Katie was engaged to Kris while she was still legally married to Kieran Hayler.
Carl Woods
Katie’s most recent relationship was with former Love Island star Carl Woods. She got engaged to the car dealer just after 10 months of their romance which began in June 2020. But the two ended their relationship in November 2022 when Katie confessed to cheating on Carl Woods. Despite only being together for two short years, Katie’s relationship with Dane hit headlines after she talked about him on Big Brother. According to The Tab, Katie admitted that only Dane taught her about having her heart broken. They were together from 1998 to 2000 and the relationship left a lasting impact on her as she labelled him the ‘love of my life’ in 2016.
Dwight Yorke
Katie and former Premier League footballer Dwight Yorke briefly had a romance back in 2001. They broke up soon after Katie fell pregnant with her eldest child - Harvey, 21. Harvey - who was recently hospitalised - was born with disabilities including partial blindness, ADHD and Prader-Willi syndrome. Dwight denied being his father until a DNA test proved his paternity.
Teddy Sheringham
Katie allegedly left her first boyfriend - an electrician - for a short fling with the former Millwall striker, Teddy Sheringham. However, their romance ended when the media found out about them.
Danny Cipriani
Katie labelled him as Danny ‘Chipolata’ as their short-lived romance came to an end. The dig came after Katie found Danny in bed with someone else.

Charles Drury
Before getting with Carl, Katie had a short fling with Charles Drury in 2019. The short fling definitely ended on a bad note as the amateur football player based in Chesterfield claimed Katie was ‘lazy in bed’ and ‘disappointing.’
