New beers
Aldi has decided to launch a new range of beers, lagers and ciders. The new range will launch on September 15, 2022, as reported by Metro.
Like with everything new, the supermarket giant is looking for tasters to make sure that the new beer is up to scratch. Does this sound like the perfect job for you?

How to apply
Naturally, if you want to be an official Aldi beer taster, you have to like beer, in fact, they are looking for ‘beer enthusiasts’ to be exact.
Julie Ashfield, managing director of buying at Aldi UK, said:
We’re looking for someone with passion and excitement when it comes to craft ale, but who can honestly review our range and provide suggestions as to how we might improve it for next year.
To apply, you need to send an email to Aldibeertaster@clarioncomms.co.uk. In this email, you’ll have to explain in 150 words why you believe you are the perfect fit for this job. You will also have to share which beer is your favourite and why.
You’ll also be required to send your full name, proof of age (copy of driver’s license or other forms of ID) and any social media handles you may have.
The best part is that no previous beer tasting is required, indeed on the job description, as reported by Mirror.
Applications end on August 29, 2022. The winner will be chosen on September 2.
The successful applicant will be given ten beers to taste and thoroughly review.
