What will happen in the Friends reunion?

It’s important to note that the Friends reunion is NOT a new scripted episode. It’s the first time the six main Friends stars will all be back together on-screen since the finale aired back in 2004, but they won’t be appearing as Phoebe, Joey, Rachel, Ross, Monica and Chandler.

However, the cast ARE returning to some of the original sets, with Monica’s apartment being rebuilt in LA especially for the reunion show. We’ll see the cast reminiscing over their time making Friends as well as behind-the-scenes footage. Ross actor David Schwimmer has also teased another big surprise.

Appearing on The Graham Norton Show recently, he teased: ‘We are all ourselves, although there is one section of it that I don’t want to give away, but we all read something.’ Could it be updates on what Ross, Rachel and the rest of the gang are up to these days? Way to leave us in suspense!

When is the Friends reunion out in the UK?

Good question. The Friends reunion is set to air on streaming service HBO Max, which isn’t available in the UK. There’s no official word on UK airing yet but since HBO shows are often aired on Sky, we reckon there’s a good chance that’s where the Friends reunion will eventually be aired—possibly on Sky Atlantic or Sky Comedy.
