We all know by now that Love Island won't be returning in its usual format this summer. But ITV producers have been cooking up something seriously special that could just fill the gap.

Whilst it's not exactly the 'Love Island OGs' series that Nathan Massey had in mind, this special new series will see some of our favourite Islanders from past series back onscreen.
An ITV source revealed:
It's going to be a lovely trip down memory lane for the contestants. They'll be watching some of their best - and worst - moments. Seeing their reactions will be priceless. It will also be a chance for viewers to see how the contestants have changed since their time on Love Island.
It's not yet been confirmed which former Islanders will be featured on the show but we can surely count on some big names. With the coronavirus crisis leaving many Islanders' work opportunities drying up, we're sure they'll all be jumping at the chance to appear.
The show will feature ex-Islanders from various series - with favourites from Olivia Attwood to Amber Gill expected to take part watching back some of their most iconic moments in the villa.
