Love Island 2018 winner has welcomed her first child – a baby boy – with boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.
Dani Dyer and her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on Saturday 23rd January at the Portland Hospital, after ‘a very long day and night’. The little one, whose name hasn’t yet been revealed publicly, was born weighing seven pounds. Taking to Instagram to announce the happy news, Dani wrote:
We are in a complete baby bubble and enjoying every moment, can not believe he is ours, completely inlove and so grateful to be his mummy.. Sending all my love to all the other mommas to be out there in lockdown.. the best experience ever will never forget this day✨.
Dani also shared three adorable photos with the newborn – one of herself and her baby boy cuddling in their hospital bed, a close-up of baby sleeping in a starry babygro and hat, and a third showing proud new father Sammy Kimmence bending over the little one’s crib to give him a kiss.
Where did Dani Dyer give birth?
Dani welcomed her baby boy at the Portland Hospital in Westminster, a private maternity unit in London. It’s popular with both celebs and royalty - Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were born there, as was Archie Mountbatten-Windsor. It’s also where David and Victoria Beckham’s two oldest sons were born.
What is Dani Dyer’s baby’s name?
Dani Dyer hasn’t announced her baby’s name yet – but she has confirmed that she won’t be naming him Danny or Daniel! Speaking on Love Island: What Happened Next last year, she said:
Everyone has this thing that I'm gonna call the baby Danny. That is not going to happen. It's like, 'it's such a Danny Dyer thing to then call her baby Danny Dyer'.
