Princess Eugenie set to move to Portugal after husband’s ‘life changing’ offer

Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank are going to move to Portugal as Brooksbank received a ‘life changing’ opportunity.

Princess Eugenie is Prince Andrew’s second daughter. She married Jack Brooksbank in 2018 and welcomed their son, August, last year (2021). The couple is now planning to move to Portugal after Brooksbank was offered an incredible opportunity.

Moving to Portugal

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank are moving to the exclusive CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club just south of Lisbon.

The reason the couple is moving there is that Brooksbank has accepted a job with Mike Meldrum, a property tycoon, as reported by DailyMail. Moreover, according to The Telegraph, Meldrum is a longtime business partner of George Clooney.

DailyMail reported that a close source to the couple said:

Jack is now working for Mike Meldman and they are splitting their time between Portugal and London.

Jack Brooksbank's new job is said to be in sales, marketing and promotion according to DailyRecord.

Splitting their time with the UK

The couple will now share their time between Portugal and the UK. Princess Eugenie will still work as a director at Hauser and & Wirth, an art gallery based in London, on a hybrid schedule.

At the moment, the couple is staying in Frogmore Cottage, the royal home belonging to Prince Harry. The Sussexes have been subletting it to their cousin while they reside in California, as reported by the Mirror.

The Telegraph reports that Princess Eugenie and her family will reside in Ivy Cottage at Kensington Palace when they visit home.
