Now, yet another list of products have been recalled for the very same reason.

In a precautionary measure to ensure consumer safety, Twin City Foods, Inc. of Stanwood, Washington, has issued a voluntary recall of specific batches of Not-Ready-To-Eat Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) Super Sweet Cut Corn and Mixed Vegetables.

The reason for the recall is the potential contamination of these products with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacterium that can lead to severe health issues, particularly for vulnerable populations.

Here are all the details of the recall you need to know about and a list of the affected products.

Although healthy individuals might experience temporary symptoms such as fever, headache, nausea, and diarrhea, the consequences for more vulnerable populations can be dire. Listeria infections during pregnancy can lead to miscarriages or stillbirths.
