The nation’s favourite summer dating show is set to return to our screens in a matter of weeks and while ITV bosses have remained somewhat tight-lipped regarding the upcoming contestants, it appears pictures of this year’s updated villa have already leaked.

Though the Love island 2019 launch date has not officially been released, it is common knowledge that all the action tends to kick off towards the beginning of June each year. Therefore when a Love island fan account released the date for the first episode of the show claiming to know the show will commence on Monday June 3rd, it’s not particularly hard to believe.

Regarding the speculation, an ITV source insisted to MailOnline, “We haven’t confirmed any date – nothing is confirmed by us.”

Moreover, in true Flack style, Caroline has managed so far to give nothing away accept for teasing fans with some behind the scenes videos posted on snapchat. In one recent post the Love Island host, 39, teased viewers in her underwear and a cheeky Love island pilot costume telling fans how she is feeling regarding the upcoming series.

“What’s really exciting about this week is that we start filming for Love Island 2019”.

While ITV bosses have managed to keep the seal on who may be entering the villa for this series, it appears that one possible islander that they are adamant should join the cast is the sister of ex The Saturday’s singer, Soph Piper.

With only a few weeks to go, the revamp of the villa is well and truly underway.
