In a break from the usual glamourous selfies that fill her Insta feed, Megan posted a cartoon image by Amanda Oleander depicting a young woman sitting crying in a closet.

After admitting that she had put off writing the message, Megan confided in her fans that she had suffered from mental health problems since her teens. She went on to credit her Love Island experience with helping her through her difficult times - not through the fame and fortune it has brought but by giving her a 'rehab' experience where the people she met loved her for her and not the persona she was presenting online.
