A couple from day dot and of “half-relationship” status mere days later, Curtis Pritchard and Amy Hart have left viewers unconvinced, and finally the ballroom dancer’s closest family have decided it’s high time to weigh in on the matter.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, his mum, Debi, was optimistic for the pairing, “I don’t think his head could be turned. You have to be friends before you enter a relationship, or a ‘half-relationship’.”
Despite her positivity, recent episodes would suggest otherwise after a less enthusiastic response to their ‘life on the outside’ conversation, as he avoided eye contact, adding, “We don’t know what’s going to happen”.
Furthermore fans have even questioned his sexuality in light of the Tommy bromance, but his family have jumped to his defence. Debi explained, “Curtis is comfortable enough in his sexuality to be confident in expressing himself”, and brother AJ added, “You don’t have to question what you’ve done as long as you’re happy in that moment.”
