To begin, press the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth for a few seconds. Repeat several times. Then, press between your eyebrows with your index finger repeatedly for 20 seconds. Once this is done, tip your head back, inhale deeply and pinch your nose. Hold your breath for as long as you can before breathing again normally, with your nose completely clear.
With this simple tip, you'll never have to suffer from a blocked nose again!
