How to avoid food pain from high heels
In order to reduce the amount of pain in your feet when wearing high heel shoes just tape your toes together. Yes, that's it - your simple solution is tape. The reason? There's a nerve between those two toes which typically causes pain but if you tape your toes together then it will reduce the tension and strain.
1. Gently tape two of the five toes together (first try the last two toes from the pinky toe and if it's not comfortable for you then try taping the two toes closest to the big toe)
2. Wear your high heel shoes as normal
