Winter Love Island contestants face ‘toughest’ rules ever as another star is added to the list

Winter Love Islandhosted by Maya Jama – appears to be one of the most safety and security-centric shows in the history of the series. Apart from contestants having dormant accounts and amped-up security of the villa, contestants will also have to self-isolate themselves before entering the villa.

Can’t take risks

According to The Sun, Winter Love Island stars will have to quarantine themselves for seven days before they can enter the villa. The same goes for the first-time presenter of the show Maya Jama.

While the Islanders always have to go into hiding before the show starts, the rules are stricter this time in wake of rising Covid-19 cases. To ensure the safety of contestants, show bosses are determined to test anyone who enters the villa. An unnamed source claimed:

Islanders will be put in quarantine for seven days ahead of the show starting as an extra Covid precautionary measure, and any crew going into the villa will have to test each time they enter - including presenter Maya Jama.
The requirements have been put in place following the surge of Coronavirus cases in recent weeks.

Another PLT model

This comes after another PrettyLittleThing model – Chloe Nicole – is rumoured to be heading to the villa. The Sun reported that the fashion influencer is in talks with the show bosses and might be flown out later this month – possibly as a bombshell.

Chloe – who also graduated from the University of Leicester last year – boasts 13k Instagram followers and has modelled for PLT and Boohoo in the past. The potential star also knows Indiyah Polack. A source said:

Chloe’s gorgeous and funny - she’d be the perfect islander - but nothing is set in stone yet.
Things with the show are still up in the air but she’d love to sign up for it.
She knows Indiyah, who was on the show last year, through the industry so she would jump at the chance to get in the villa.
