Charlie and Ellie have had one of the most turbulent relationships since leaving the Love Island villa. Whilst there've been some serious highs - like holidaying in Monaco on Charlie's family yacht - there've also been some serious lows. They've been pictured arguing several times - with Charlie even reportedly throwing Ellie's belongings out of the window of his flat after an especially bad row.

However, the pair seemed to have patched things up when they posted seemingly candid, loved-up selfies from behind-the-scenes of a photoshoot at a hotel the next day. It seemed like everything was back on track for the couple but now an insider has claimed these photos were totally set up as 'damage control'.

The anonymous source told OK! Magazine that 'Charlie did dump Ellie and kicked her out of his flat, and she was trying to find somewhere else to stay. Charlie later asked her to meet him at a hotel, where he'd set up a paparazzi to take photos of them 'making up' and kissing. From what I hear, she didn't know it was happening.'

Bad influence

Fans have even more reason to fear for Charlie and Ellie's relationship as Charlie seems to be hanging out more and more with fellow ex-Islander and love rat Frankie Foster. Frankie caused uproar when he was caught on camera kissing other girls at a nightclub appearance - which led to Samira Mighty breaking up with him. Frankie has previously been a bad influence on Charlie as the pair turned up to the Love Island reunion show off their faces after a day of drinking. We hope Charlie won't be influenced by Frankie to follow his cheating ways...
