Chloe Brockett - who has been on TOWIE since 2019 - also became popular thanks to the show. However, the star has reportedly been axed after strings of controversies in the past few years. Here’s everything we know about it.

TOWIE star Chloe Brockett axed from the show

Rumours of her future on the show in jeopardy have been in the air since last year when she was suspended from the show because of her violent behaviour. However, not being invited to Bali for filming of the new series that kick starts in March left her ‘gutted.’ A source told The Sun earlier this year:

Bosses toyed with the idea, as they know she makes good telly, but ultimately they didn’t feel they could trust her not to misbehave and they couldn’t risk anything derailing things while they are filming in an expensive overseas location.
Chloe’s gutted, but she’s just hoping she’ll be invited back once filming resumes in Essex.

After the huge filming snub, it was certain that Chloe would not be returning for another series as her suspension hasn’t been lifted yet, reports MailOnline. Meanwhile, the 23-year-old took to her Instagram this week and confirmed that she’s stepping back from TOWIE. She wrote:

I have made the decision to take a step back from TOWIE, it's been my life since I was 19 and I feel like it's best for me at this point in my life to step away.
I'm forever grateful to TOWIE for giving me the platform they have. Love you all.

Show bosses are yet to decide if she will ever make another appearance on the show in the future.

The real reason why Chloe Brockett was axed from the show

Even though show bosses believe Chloe makes up for ‘good telly,’ her exit from the show has been long coming. The controversial reality star has had a history of feuds and even violence with her co-stars. The most recent one was her ‘vicious fight’ with co-star Roman Hackett where she threw three tumbler glasses at him while filming in Essex.

Reportedly, all her co-stars were ‘appalled’ by her behaviour and grouped together to not shoot any scenes with her. Many of them urged show bosses to axe her from the show as they ‘wouldn’t feel safe’ filming with her. It is understood that Chloe issued an apology to Roman after the incident.

In 2022, the star lost her temper yet again when she threw an ice bucket at co-star Ella Rae Wise. Chloe launched a Grey Goose cooler at Ella during an argument, however, she missed and instead hit Rem Larue's cousin in the face, leaving her bleeding. She was pinned to the ground by security to diffuse the situation.

Chloe has also been involved in a bitter feud with Frankie Sims and was kept apart from her while filming in 2021. The pair fell out when Frankie began dating Chloe’sLove Island ex-boyfriend Jack Fincham. With these strings of feuds and violent episodes in the last few years, Chloe’s exit from the show is not as shocking as it might be overdue.
