Love Island's Ekin-Su and Davide's romantic vacation in Italy may not be going as planned

Love Island2022 winners jetted off to Ibiza for a romantic holiday after bagging a job on a top BBC show. The two have been sharing beautiful and loved-up snaps of their vacation with their fans and followers on social media. From sunset dinner views to Davide lifting Ekin-Su in his hands as he carried her to their hotel room.

However, there seems to be trouble in paradise as the two have sparked concerns after their hospital visit in Davide's homeland Italy.

According to The Sun, the Italian hunk uploaded a snap on his Instagram page before deleting it and re-uploading it which has sparked concerns. Confused, huh Davide? The update shows the happy couple looking serious in a medical ward.

The two had their faces covered with face masks and wore a grim expression. Davide captioned the photo and wrote:

So in hospitals in Italy it's still required to wear the mask apparently.

Neither of the stars looked injured or unwell, so it’s unsure what made them pay a visit to a hospital in Italy.

Davide and Ekin-Su’s romantic getaway

This comes after the Love Island couple went on a vacation to Spain to celebrate their BBC gig - Celebrity Antiques Road Trip. As they enjoyed some quality time together, they kissed for a video on a gorgeous rooftop bar, reported The Sun.

Apart from the hospital visit, the weather seemed to be a trouble for the couple too. However, they were still seen in high spirits as Davide carried Ekin-Su to their room. She said:

When Ibiza is cold, your feet are sore but he works out.

Davide posted a couple of pictures on his Instagram account and captioned it ‘50 shades of blue 🌊🏝️🩴.’ Ekin-Su’s surprising comment on the post had fans excited. She commented:

Oh hello hubby ❤️

Love Island Fans rushed to comment and wrote:

just here waiting for Davide to call you wifey and all will be well with the world 👰‍♀️ 🤵‍♂️

we need a Wedding. Thank you:) ❤️‍🔥

To which Davide replied ‘ mogliettina 😍’ which translates to ‘wifey’ in Italian.
