However, in case Holly decided not to return to the franchise, they have made other plans to replace her.

Holly Willoughby’s Dancing On Ice replacement already in pipeline

After Holly quit This Morning, following the troubles at the ITV show, Dancing On Ice bosses do not want to rush her. They have promised to increase her security from the moment she leaves home and around the studios to persuade her to sign. What’s more? She has also been offered around £200k to £250k to host the programme’s nine episodes. She previously earned £200k.

However, Holly still hasn’t made her decision. A source told The Sun:

Bosses have left the offer open-ended to suit Holly and not put pressure on her after the time she’s gone through, and they are quietly confident she will return.
But they feel Dancing On Ice is a set piece so if she does step away they know there is no shortage of glam female presenters to step in.

Show bosses’ list of talent - who could potentially replace Holly - include Christine Lampard, Rochelle Humes and Josie Gibson. This comes after a source confirmed that ITV chiefs are primed for her screen comeback and are prepared to do anything it takes to make her happy hosting Dancing On Ice. They added:

Holly has been sent an ITV contract to do the show.
It’s now getting closer to it being on air and everyone is hopeful she’s going to sign it.
They are willing to do whatever they need to do to make her comfortable and get her to sign the contract.
Holly is the star of the show. There has been discussion about a plan to increase all security on set so she feels safe.
