Adele's transformation has impressed the world and while the stunning singer may have had the support of many celebrity friends, and personal trainers, she has also shared with the public one book that sparked her weight loss journey.
Adele may just about be the only person owning 2020 so far as what has been a year of disaster for the rest of the world has been a year of dramatic transformation for her.
Now living in LA, Adele looks completely different from the West Sussex lifestyle she once lived where she was plagued with health problems and issues with her voice. Back in October, the 'Hello' singer revealed a cheeky Instagram post wishing Drake a happy birthday and it was evident that the star had shed some pounds.
Ever since Adele shared the stunning selfie that boasted her 7 stone weight loss, fans have been clambering to find out how she achieved it. And while no doubt the star had the support of her personal trainer Pete Geracimo, she has revealed that she also owes her transformation to a self-help book by US author Glennon Doyle.
The book titled Untamed: Stop Pleasing, Start Living shares empowering life lessons on how to find happiness. After going through a divorce, parenting, moving countries and a demanding career Adele claims that the book will 'shake your brain and make your soul scream'. She stated:
I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew! Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life - Do it.
Read it. Live it. Practice it. We are a lot! But we are meant to be a lot!
She continued to spout quite the endorsement for the book stating:
A good life is a hard life! Read this book and have a highlighter on hand to make notes because you’ll want to refer back to it, trust me.
The 'Someone Like You' hitmaker also shared recently that she really has no idea when her next album will be out.
The singer has been working on the follow-up to her third hit album '25' which she initially announced would be dropped in September. However, Adele has admitted there have been some delays.
Back in June, Adele's manager Jonathan Dickins admitted that no new material will be released in September. He stated:
It isn’t coming in September, it’ll be ready when it’s ready. I can’t put a date on that yet. We have music, but we’re still working.
A fan recently asked on Adele's Instagram page 'Adele where's the album?' to which she replied 'I honestly have no idea'.
Looks like Adele's next release will be a surprise, even to her!
