The new waxwork statue of Ariana Grande, which will be on display for 5 weeks at Madame Tussauds museum, London, has not pleased all of her fans.
Have you ever been to a waxwork museum? Those of you who have will undoubtedly admit that some statues are better than others. This was the same impression from fans of Ariana Grande when they saw the statue of their idol, displayed in Madame Tussauds museum in London.
However, at first glance, the figure seems to resemble the singer’s overall look: she’s wearing long leggings and an oversized sweater. As for her beauty, everything is done to perfection, with a long ponytail and rings in her hair. But some fans are upset when it comes to her face - and they have made their feelings known on social media.
The verdict is almost unanimous. The criticisms range from: “you need to melt the face and start over again because that is just wrong”, “it’s really bad”, “how have you got the nose so wrong?”, and even “Oh my God, those eyebrows!”. Nevertheless, we’d argue that these criticisms are a bit harsh.
