A good diet

There is no secret, to ensure that your dog is healthy, you should not skimp on their diet. A dog should be eating enough, and good quality food, so that it is getting enough vitamins and nutrients. It is therefore necessary to buy quality kibble adapted to their situation (cholesterol, mature or young dog, neutered or not).

However, be careful not to overfeed your dog: there are mistakes that shouldn't be made in order to keep them healthy. Do not feed them outside of mealtimes, respect the proportions and avoid certain foods that may be dangerous or too fatty for them.

Exercise

A healthy dog is a dog that is active! Be careful, depending on the breed and age of the dog, exercise should be more or less intensive. Taking your dog out for a walk or a run will allow them to relieve stress and expend energy. It should therefore spend at least 30 minutes a day exercising to be in top shape, and age in the best conditions. The secret? Regularity!

Love

Showing your pet love seems obvious, but it is not insignificant! Showing affection to your dog through rewards, hugs, caresses and compliments is very beneficial to their health. They will feel loved, have a relaxed attitude and be free from stress. The key is to create a healthy, comforting and serene environment. Well in body and mind: this saying also applies to our animal friends.
