As the warmer weather arrives, Aldi has brought out a new cooling bedding range, made from 70% cotton and 30% Tencel, designed to give you a comfortable night’s sleep even on the warmest nights. It’s available to order online now and will be hitting shelves in-store from Thursday, 3 June.
Products in the new range include the Double Fitted Sheet With Cooling Technology (double £9.99 / king size £11.99) and the Duvet Set With Cooling Technology (double £18.99 / king size £22.99). You can also pick up a Pillowcase Pair with Cooling Technology for just £3.99.
What is Tencel?
Tencel is a versatile type of rayon, made from sustainably-sourced wood pulp. Its fibres support your body’s natural thermal regulating mechanism—meaning it should help you stay cool in summertime. Producing tencel uses less water and energy than cotton, making it better for the environment.
