Your dishes and your drinks travel at a speed of 8km/h and the centrifugal force and the gravity is what keeps the food on the plate despite one or two loops on the way.

This method allows you to get your food quicker (which means its fresher!) when it is ready. The biggest restaurant to use this method is in Abu Dhabi and is 1300 metres squared. The other advantage is that it is an effective marketing tool since clients come from all over to see it. The service is an attraction that impresses people of all ages and it would definitely be very tempting to order something else such as another drink, just to be able to see the rollercoaster again.
