Memoir

Originally scheduled for release later this year,Prince Harry's eagerly-awaited autobiography may now be delayed because it did not show up on the publisher's list of planned releases. Since the cause of the prospective delay is still a mystery, it is unclear when it will be released. The Sun reports that Penguin Random House previously confirmed that the unnamed autobiography will be released this autumn.

The book, which is being ghostwritten by Pulitzer Prize-winning author JR Moehringer, has been thoroughly researched by the Duke of Sussex. Prince Harry has kept the details under wraps and has only revealed to the 96-year-old Queen that he was working on it for a long time. While he was promoting the book, he wrote:

I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become.

Surprise release

According to Express.co.uk, there might be a surprise release for the memoir. Sources confirmed that the delay may be the result of a potential surprise in the shape of a major launch. Pandora Forsyth, Daily Express Online's assistant head of social said:

This has been going on for, well, a couple of years now.

She added:

On the marketing publishing list, we do see the books which are coming out but it's nowhere to be seen…maybe there's a surprise in there for a big launch, a big Hollywood launch.

Additionally, the delays may be due to the legalities of the bomb that the memoir might drop and may still go out in autumn.
