Lauren Buckley once stumbled upon on photos of a dog on Facebook who had been discovered neglected. The poor pup was completely hairless, its body looked red and irritated and her eyes were almost completely swollen shut. Buckley told Bored Panda:

We saw [pictures of] Lainey and her brother posted on Facebook on Christmas Eve by the Good Samaritan that found them. He couldn’t keep them and we knew we had to do something.
Lauren decided to take in Lainey and found that she had suffered from demodectic mange and skin infections all over her body.
The fostering company that Buckley volunteers for, theBrown Dog Coalition left a statement about Lainey's condition on their Facebook stating:
She stunk, she couldn’t see, and she bled all over their couch.
However, with a little care and attention, little Lainey has made a full recovery and is now a perfectly healthy pup. Lainey has also found a loving forever home where she will never have to worry about mange again.
