When it comes to plagiarism, Radiohead are ruthless. Lana Del Rey has announced that legal proceedings have begun against her, by the band, who originate from Oxfordshire. According to them, there are two obvious similarities between the two songs.

The song in question is from her latest album, 'Lust for Life'. The guitar chords at the start of the song, appear to be very similar to those from 'Creep'. At first listen, you can certainly see where the singer sought inspiration, apart from the fact she sings much more slowly. Moreover, she doesn't appear to even deny the accusations. She told The Sun 'I offered up to 40% of the revenues in recent months, but they will only accept 100%. Their lawyers have been ruthless, so we're going to settle it in court'. The singer is known for being honest. Some time ago, she revealed a strange thing about her secret past.
