22-year-old Lewis Capaldi is one of the UK's hottest stars right now, with his single 'Someone You Loved' having spent seven weeks at number one on the UK singles chart.

As well as being an incredible singer-songwriter, Lewis has also built up a loyal social media following thanks to his self-deprecating sense of humour and honest Instagram stories.

He's also dedicated to using his fame for good. The music video for 'Someone You Loved' stars his first cousin twice-removed and former Doctor Who Peter Capaldi as a widow dealing with the loss of his wife.

Made in partnership with organ donation charity Live Life Give Life, the video shows the incredible impact of organ donation as Peter Capaldi's bereaved widower character meets the young mum whose life has been saved by his late wife's heart.

Now, Lewis has announced another new initiative for his upcoming UK and Ireland tour - which will make sure that fans who suffer from anxiety are able to attend too.
