Chick-Fil-A horror: Customer takes a bite of chicken sandwich and finds this inside
A dejected Chick-Fil-A customer took to Reddit to share his Chick-Fil-A horror story, where he found something unexpected and disgusting inside his sandwich.
When we order fast food, it is with the expectation that we would be served exactly what we paid for. However, every now and then, we have news of people who receive unexpected surprises in their food that leave them scarred for life. There already have been cases of people finding glass, metal and even maggots inside their fast-food.
As reported by Mashed, a Chick-Fil-A customer unfortunately met with their own fast-food horror story. According to the report, the incident first surfaced on Reddit when the customer recounted how they actually found a fried feather inside their chicken sandwich. Yes, a feather!
Fried feather inside sandwich
The disgruntled customer posted a photo of a chicken in the middle of a Chick-Fil-A drive-thru on Reddit. His caption read:
I once got a fried feather in my sandwich at this location. I now see why.
On being probed by other Reddit users, the customer shared how they bit into their sandwich only to find a nasty surprise inside: a fried feather.
The customer said in his post,
Yeah. When I showed it to them they just said “wElL iT iS cHicKeN” and asked if I wanted something else. I was too grossed at that point because I had bitten into the fried feather. Like getting an egg shell but in your chicken sandwich.
America’s favourite fast-food restaurant
Food horror stories notwithstanding, as per NY Post, Chick-fil-A has maintained its place as America’s favourite fast-food restaurant for eight years in a row, as per the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) study.
The ACSI study 2021-2022 was compiled by using 20,143 customers interviews between April 2021 and March 2022. Chick-fil-A maintained its score of 83, which is the highest score awarded in the ACSI restaurant survey.
