The best time to fall asleep more easily

According to Ellen’s conclusions, the ideal time to go to sleep is 3 hours after the sun sets. Depending on the season, this time can vary between 9 pm and 11.30 pm. If you go to sleep too late, you will find it difficult to fall asleep because your body has sent a signal to your brain telling it that you have to stay awake. Even if you’re exhausted!
