A home remedy for acid reflux

Chances are we've all suffered from this inconvenient and uncomfortable condition. However, pickle juice can help! Pickling juice contains vinegar which is essentially acetic acid. Acid reflux usually occurs when your stomach is lacking in its normal acids needed to break down food. By introducing some additional acid it can helo to soothe this condition.
