Not normal

The 27-year-old beauty confessed to being on the celebrity dating app Raya for more than a year now. However, Georgia is still single and working on herself for now before she dates anyone. She told MailOnline:

I’m never dating again. I don't date. I genuinely think I've got a lot of issues. Trust issues potentially, and I've started counselling for it.
I don't date people enough, and it's not normal at my age. I'm 27, and at my age, I should be dating and connecting with people.

Admitting she hasn’t been on a date in almost a year, she opened up about her struggle of trusting people and how she’s sought counselling sessions. She added:

I find it very hard to date people – but I'm trying to work through it. It's been around a year since I was on a date
I'd like to go to counselling more often, but it's really expensive. I go about once a month and it's really broken the bank. It's £70 [a session] – it's not that expensive, but it feels like it is.

Much needed help

Georgia admits that counselling has helped overcome her dating worries. She initially thought it may backfire but she now sees herself reflecting on her previous bad relationships.

I find it really good. I always thought it would be really negative having to bring up past things, but it made me think things about myself, like small patterns that I didn't notice.

I've learnt why I go for men that won't perhaps treat me the way that I deserve. It's basically an underlying thing, and there's ways of dealing with it. So, I feel like I've learnt a bit.

Georgia gained a lot of popularity after appearing on Love Island in 2017 and appeared on MTV shows. The reality TV star did not name the person who gave her trust issues, but from what is known of her past it could be her ex-beau Stephen Bear. Stephen is currently on trial for allegedly recording having sex with Georgia and posting it online on adult websites, without her consent.
