Spice Girls at Glastonbury
The latest scoop is that theSpice Girls could headline at Glastonbury. Emma Bunton, commonly known as Baby Spice, revealed recently that all the members of the group, including Victoria Beckham, are keen on performing at Glastonbury. Bunton said that Beckham is ‘up for it’, talking about the potential Spice Girls reunion.
The last Spice Girls reunion
In 2019, the Spice Girls had a tour, but sadly Beckham, AKA Posh Spice, didn’t join the group. It was the group’s first tour as a four-piece band. Prior to this, the last performance to include all the members took place in the year 2012, for the closing ceremonies for the 2012 Olympics, as per 98 FM.
Emma Bunton’s exact words
The conversation about Glastonbury occurred on Keith Lemon’s podcast Back Then When. As per OK!, here is how the conversation went. Bunton said:
I hope so! Can I be real? No one's asked us! I read it as well this week saying, 'Oh, we've asked them. We're quite far down.' All of us have been on the phone like… no one's asked us!
She went on to say that she had spoken to Beckham and she thoughtshe is keen on the idea, saying:
I don’t know! I think it would be fab. And I have spoken to Victoria about it too. And I think she'd be up for Glasto.
