Shawn Mendes’ new L.A. home

The luxury mansion is said to have 4,000 square feet of carpet area and consists of five bedrooms and six baths. Mendes’ new property, originally built in 1974, was rebuilt and restored earlier this year. The two-story home perfectly encapsulates the vivacious energy of France in its architecture and design, keeping in mind the country’s rich heritage.

With pleated French clay accents, the house nails the Parisian theme with its cream-colored plaster, elaborate stonework, and posh marble slabs throughout the structure, as per Dirt. Needless to say, it is a piece of art in the form of a house.

The exteriors of the mansion feature a neatly landscaped lawn lined with Italian cypress trees that add to the privacy and exclusivity of the home.
